Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province passed Decision No. 2526/QD-UBND on approving the non-refundable aid project which is excluded from the official grant of "Phuc hoi sinh ke sau Covid-19 cho nu cong dan tai cac xa dac biet kho khan va cac xa kho khan tai Thua Thien Hue" project (post - Covid 19 livelihood recovery for female farmers living in critically disadvantaged and disadvantaged communes, Thua Thien Hue province) sponsored by Stichting Oxfam Novib (Netherlands). The total amount aided was VND 4.942.292.347 (four billion, nine hundred forty-two million, two hundred ninety-two thousand, three hundred forty-seven Vietnamese dong). On March 17th 2022, several activities were held by the Standing Committee of the provincial Youth Union of Thua Thien Hue province and Youth Union organizations within "Thang ba bien gioi" (March in border area) program.

On September 25th, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province Phan Ngoc Tho attended the awarding ceremony and presented Vallet scholarships to excellent students in Thua Thien Hue province.

On October 24, 2023, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province passed Decision No. 2525/QD-UBND approving the non-refundable aid sponsored by Bretagne Vietnam Association (France). This amount is excluded from the official grant of the project on "Building 10 biogas plants for 10 households in Quang Phu commune, Quang Phuoc commune, Quang Thanh commune, Quang Tho commune and Sia townlet, Quang Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province.
