Visiting Hue Archdiocese and Phu Cam Church, Deputy PM Phuc informed the dignitaries about the national socio-economic development in the past year. He also highly appreciated contributions made by Catholic priests, dignitaries and followers in Thua Thien Hue to the national development.

He expressed hope that Catholic dignitaries and followers would further promote national unity; participate in social activities and patriotic emulation movement; observe Party and State guidelines, policies and laws; and make contributions to build the country more thriving. The Party and State always respect religious freedom and create favorable conditions for parishioners to participate in social activities, etc.
