Mr. Amemiya Norio, Chairman of Traditional Japanese Culture Manners Meister Association, kindly informed that the Association is cooperating with Vietnamese universities in various fields such as cultural exchange, organizing Contests on Japanese Speaking or Japanese manners, internship and engineer recruitment in accordance with engineer visa and new specified skills visa (Tokutei ginou) passed by Japanese Government in 2019.

According to Mr. Amemiya Norio, Japanese and Vietnamese in general and Thua Thien Hue locals in particular have many things in common. Of all, social manner is one of those similarities. Besides, Thua Thien Hue also has well-qualified human resource meeting the demand of many current Japanese corporations and enterprises. After this reception, Mr. Amemiya Norio wished to establish long-term cooperation relation with Thua Thien Hue province in the fields of culture, education and trade.

On behalf of provincial leaders, Vice Chairman Nguyen Dung extended his pleasure to welcome delegates from Traditional Japanese Culture Manners Meister Association. On this occasion, Vice Chairman briefly informed the cooperation results between Thua Thien Hue province and Japanese localites in the past time.

Vice Chairman highly appreciated the Association's ideas and believed that these suggestions will contribute to local social economic development as well as strengthening bilateral cooperation relation. In this respect, Vice Chairman kindly requested Vietnam-Japan Friendship Association and Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to discuss and facilitate development investment activities of Traditional Japanese Culture Manners Meister Association in the future.
