The project aims to enhance local life in the fields of community healthcare, elderly care as well as grant scholarships for disadvantaged students and improve the environment. In addition, TCF-sponsored activities are expected to contribute to local education and healthcare of beneficiary localities. The project includes main activities such as medical support and community healthcare; health check and 700 gifts for disadvantaged families in A Luoi district and Phu Loc district; clean water via programs on wells, water closet and water purification machines in Huong Thuy town, Huong Tra town and Phu Loc district.

Regards to education, the project will grant 700 gifts including uniform, blanket, raincoat, milk, and confectionery to students studying in primary schools, secondary schools and kindergartens of A Roang commune - A Luoi district; organize reading and writing classes for 80 locals in Phu Vang district; provide bicycles for students studying at Huong Tho Primary School - Huong Tra town; provide winter jacket for 350 primary students studying at Thuy Bang Primary School - Huong Thuy town; provide 500 scholarships to excellent students from disadvantaged background in districts, towns and Hue city in 2019 - 2020 academic year.

Regards to social welfare program, the project will grant 300 winter gifts to disadvantaged people; grant 350 Tet gifts to the elderly, people with disabilities and disadvantaged children in Huong Thuy town and Phu Loc district; take care of 30 most disadvantaged children; organize sewing training course for 10 extremely disadvantaged women in Huong Thuy town and Quang Dien district.
