The project aims to provide support in education and healthcare for children from disadvantaged background in Thua Thien Hue province. It is also expected to help them become independent, integrate into the community and become good citizens. Accordingly, the foundation will support 200 students from disadvantaged background to improve their study performance, reduce school drop-out rate, help them become independent and contribute to the society. In addition, Zhishan granted the funding to raise 100 children from extremely difficult background, allowing them to improve their study performance, grow up healthily, become independent and good citizens to society.

Besides, the foundation will also organize medical examination for children; help 20 children with disability to have operation performed at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy; offer milk and travel expense for 20 children with disability; support rehabilitation and buy devices for children as requested by doctor; support medical re-examination and medical examination for children after the operation.
