Chairman Nguyen Van Cao, on behalf of the leaders and people of Thua Thien Hue province, is sincerely grateful to the Government and the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, organizations such as JICA, JICE, Waseda University, AEON Group, etc. for their practical supports towards Thua Thien Hue via the projects on upgrading Hue Central Hospital, improving water environment of Hue City, restoring Hue monuments, etc. The PPC Chairman also highly appreciates effective supports of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam in promoting cooperative relation between Thua Thien Hue province and Kyoto prefecture in the past time. He hopes that Thua Thien Hue will continue to receive more effective cooperation from the Government and organizations of Japan in the coming time, making practical contributions to the provincial socio-economic development.

The PPC Chairman Nguyen Van Cao believes that the friendship and cooperative relations between the Governments of Japan and Vietnam would be further strengthened and developed in various fields so as to make great contributions to their prosperity and mutual understanding. Chairman Cao wishes the relationship between the Embassy of Japan and Thua Thien Hue province will be further tightened and developed. He also wishes the Ambassador of Japan to Vietnam and his family good health and success in his position.
