This is the second time that Danish Film Weeks has been held in Hue city. The event aims to strengthen Denmark-Vietnam friendly relation as well as Thua Thien Hue locals - Danish friendly relation.

In the past time, the relation between Thua Thien Hue and Danish partners has been promoted and developed in various fields including cultural exchange. Danish Film Weeks is an opportunity for Thua Thien Hue locals to access to Danish high quality films. It is also a chance to promote cultural exchange between Denmark and Thua Thien Hue province in particular as well as people's diplomatic activities between the two countries in general.

Within the framework of Danish Film Weeks, 6 films which lively describe Danish life and people will be shown. These films successfully won prizes in domestic and international film festivals. They are licensed by Vietnam Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism.
