At the reception, delegates exchanged information and discussed issues that the two parties concerned. 

Chairman Cao briefly introduced Thua Thien Hue province and projects that South Korean investors cooperated with Thua Thien Hue province in the past time, especially the project on Thua Thien Hue Provincial General Hospital sponsored by South Korea ODA. Besides, South Korea have assisted Thua Thien Hue province to develop Hue city master plan towards 2030 and supported the implementation of the plan's components. Thua Thien Hue province also received projects including 02 industrial infrastructure projects from South Korean investors. In addition, many South Korean investors are now studying investment opportunity in Thua Thien Hue province in tourism, resort, solar energy and industrial infrasture field. Chairman Cao completely agreed with exchange and cooperation capacity between Seoul city and Thua Thien Hue province in culture, tourism and investment. On this occasion, Chairman Cao kindly invited Mayor, Deputy Mayor and co-workers to attend Hue festival 2018 themed "Cultural heritage with integation and development - Hue: 1 destination - 5 heritages" to be held from April 27th, 2018 to May 2nd, 2018. 

Speaking at the reception, Deputy Mayor of Seoul city Gyoung-Gee Liu briefly showcased Seoul city, fields that Seoul city has cooperated with localities of Vietnam and expected to exchange as well as cooperate with Thua Thien Hue province in culture and tourism. In response to the invitation of Chairman Cao, Deputy Mayor Gyoung-Gee Liu expressed his sincere thanks and highly appreciated Thua Thien Hue provincial leader's good will. Deputy Mayor really wanted to join in Hue Festival 2018 and promised to arrange his schedule to attend the event if possible.
