In detail, the province will receive the aid of VND 774.165.000 (seven hundred seventy four million, one hundred sixty five thousand Vietnamese Dong). Through Thua Thien Hue Union of Friendship Associations, Norwegian People’s Aid would support landmine victims affected by recent flood in the province. 

It was clearly stated in this Decision that Thua Thien Hue Union of Friendship Associations was assigned to receive and spend the aid from Norwegian People's Aid for the right purposes and subjects as currently regulated. The Union is requested to cooperate with Finance Department in financial management and performing accounting procedures related to foreign direct aid as prescribed.
