The project aims to support education, improve health and enhance education quality for children from difficult background in Thua Thien Hue province. In addition, it is an attempt to help children gain self-sufficiency, integrate into the community and become good people in society. The project will grant funding for 728 students from poor households and difficult background who have good studying result upwards; provide studying and living funds for 130 children from difficult background living at Provincial Child Support Center; enhance the quality of preschool education, support infrastructure for 5.200 children from 20 preschools located in Phu Loc district, Quang Dien district and Huong Tra town; construct 8 new libraries in primary schools in Thua Thien Hue province.
