Implementing the direction of Provincial People’s Committee on establishing the contact points and COVID-19 vaccination policy for the foreigners residing in Vietnam; Thua Thien Hue Department of Foreign Affairs (DOFA) would like to make an announcement as follows:

- DOFA presides and cooperates with relevant provincial offices and agencies, the People’s Committees of Districts, Townships and Hue City on collecting the number of foreigners living and working in the province for registering vaccination and transfers to Department of Health (DOH) to advise for deploying vaccination according to regulations.

- DOFA cooperates with DOH on updating the exact time and place of injection to announce the focal points of the relevant provincial offices, agencies and the People’s Committees of Districts, Township and Hue City to notify the listed foreigners residing in the province according to the list of units sent to DOFA.

- DOFA presides and cooperates with the relevant agencies and the diplomatic missions in Vietnam on solving arisen and complicated issues regarding consular affairs and the protection of citizens.
