On October 24, 2023, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province passed Decision No. 2525/QD-UBND approving the non-refundable aid sponsored by Bretagne Vietnam Association (France). This amount is excluded from the official grant of the project on "Building 10 biogas plants for 10 households in Quang Phu commune, Quang Phuoc commune, Quang Thanh commune, Quang Tho commune and Sia townlet, Quang Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province.
